Self-Exclusion (Extended Pause)

You may elect Self-Exclusion for a longer period. To initiate, you must contact Cu888 Customer Support by email and specify the exclusion period you require. You may choose a period between six months and five years. If you do not specify a period, the default six-month exclusion applies. On receipt of your request, the account will enter a first-stage 24-hour cooling-off period during which no gambling activity is permitted. After the cooling-off period, Cu888 will present the available Self-Exclusion periods for your selection. There can be no variations of the pre-selected time periods. You must respond by email to proceed; if no response is received within a further 24 hours, the account will be reopened and you will be notified by email. Once Self-Exclusion commences, deposits and withdrawals are prohibited for the duration of the exclusion. Upon expiry, the account is automatically reactivated.

Financial Protection and Account Limits

When configuring your Cu888 account, you may impose personal limits on spending, time, or activity within the My Account area. If you exceed the maximum self-imposed limit at any time, you will be restricted from further actions related to that limit. To revoke a limit or exclusion you must submit a written or electronic revocation notice. Cu888 will consider such requests but reserves the right to deny them in its absolute discretion.

Promotions and Communications

Cu888 will take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional materials are not sent to customers who have self-excluded or placed themselves on Time-Out. Cu888 is not liable for activity conducted through other accounts or for misregistered details. Cu888 will not circulate promotional material to excluded users.
